Tri Nuclear utilizes a wide range of underwater pumps which are ideal for use in various applications. These pumps are the driving force for most of our underwater equipment including our Underwater Filters & Underwater Demineralizers.
PP-100SC: Grundfos pump, 2 HP/460V/3Ph/60Hz, w/cover, SC connector. Includes CB-100-FM PHASE REVERSING control box with twist lock plugs and integral 0-200 GPM digital flow meter, FM-SRD Digital Flow Sensor, PSC-100P Power Cable with twist lock plug and PC-50 drop cable with twist lock plug.

CONTROL BOXES
Tri Nuclear has developed a pump control box that allows for rapid setup and easier phase checking of Tri Nuclear 3 phase pumps. The 460VAC / 3ph / 30 Amp Nema 4X Twist Lock plugs allow the operator to quickly and easily install and remove the PC-50 drop cable and PSC-100P Pump Power Cable to the Control Box without drilling and connecting bare cables to the internal terminal blocks in the control box. All of Tri Nuclear’s three phase pumps must have the phase rotation checked each time the motor or starter box is disconnected from the electrical power source. The phase reversing switch allows the operator to change the phase rotation of the pump without having to physically swap electrical leads in the control box. This feature alone has saved countless hours of critical path time in the setup and operation of Tri Nuclear Underwater Filter / Vacuum & Underwater Demineralizers. Digital Flow Meters are installed within the Control Box.

Tri Nuclear has developed multiple lines of hoses suited for use in nuclear power plants. These hoses are used with nearly every system that Tri Nuclear has designed. Typically, each hose assembly is equipped with male x female camlock couplers to allow for easy installation and removal from systems. Tri Nuclear Corp also has the capability of customizing hoses to our customers specific needs.
